2) I guide you towards discovering or rediscovering your authentic self.
After helping you “get out of your own way” by breaking negative thought patterns, you begin to become more receptive to your inner voice and gradually align with your authentic self. I provide tools and strategies to help you tap into your inherent wisdom.
After working with me, you will learn to identify and prioritize your internal needs and personal calling and tackle them both with focused action.
3) I help you develop a self-love habit.
I provide a stream of regular, positive self-talk on my blog and in social media and offer individualized coaching to help instill a mindset that you have a unique purpose, so you don’t default to a habit of self-denial.
After working with me, self-love becomes your regular practice.
